The fine print, in plain words

1. Who can use Dazzlemeet

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. One account per person, and you're responsible for keeping it secure.

2. Your content

You own what you share. You give us a license to host, display and deliver it so Dazzlemeet can work. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it follows our community guidelines. We may remove content or accounts that break them.

3. Coins

• Coins are a limited, non-transferable license to use features in Dazzlemeet. They aren't money, a deposit or e-money.
• There are three kinds: Bonus coins (rewards), Purchased coins and Earned coins (your share of unlocks and referral rewards).
• Coins are spent in this order: Bonus, then Purchased, then Earned.
• Only Earned coins can be withdrawn. Bonus and Purchased coins can't be cashed out, refunded to cash (except as the law requires), or transferred.
• Coins can't be sold, traded or moved between accounts.

4. VIP

VIP is a subscription (₱499 monthly, or ₱4,797 yearly including one bonus month). It renews automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal. See our refund & coin policy.

5. Creator earnings & payouts

• When someone unlocks your media, you receive 30% of the coins spent: as Earned coins for the purchased portion and as Bonus coins for any bonus portion.
• Withdrawals require at least 1,000 Earned coins, identity verification, and a payout account in your own name. A ₱15 fee applies.
• Each withdrawal is reviewed for up to 7 days. We may withhold Earned coins obtained through fraud, fake accounts, chargebacks or rule violations.
• You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. AI companions

Dazzlemeet offers optional AI companions. They are always labeled as AI, aren't real people, and their messages are generated automatically.

7. Things you must not do

Break the law or our guidelines, scam or harass people, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, use bots, or try to get around safety features or payments.

8. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused Bonus and Purchased coins are forfeited when an account is closed for a violation.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Dazzlemeet connects people but doesn't screen everyone you meet. Use our safety tips. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for other users' conduct or for indirect losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We'll tell you about material changes before they take effect.
