Clear rules for coins and VIP

Effective 2 October 2026. Exactly what can be refunded, what can be cashed out, and how to get help.

The three kinds of coins

Bonus coins: from sign-up, daily logins, streaks, shares, badges and top-up bonuses. Spendable, never cashable.
Purchased coins: the coins you buy (₱1 = 2 coins). Spendable, not cashable.
Earned coins: your 30% share when others unlock your media, plus referral rewards. Spendable and cashable.

Coin purchases

Unused purchased coins can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of that purchase has been spent. If a payment failed, was duplicated, or the coins never arrived, we'll fix it or refund it: just send a payout & billing request with your reference number.

VIP

Cancel anytime. You keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for.
A VIP period that has started isn't refundable, except for duplicate charges or where the law requires.
If you bought VIP inside the Google Play or Apple App Store app, refunds follow their policies.

Cash-outs

Only Earned coins can be withdrawn, from 1,000 coins, to GCash, Maya, MariBank or a Philippine bank account in your own name. Coins obtained through fraud, chargebacks or rule violations may be withheld.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, the related coins and VIP are removed while the dispute is open.
